Rose Bowl Bound!

The Buckeyes will return to Pasadena, Calif., for the first time since their Rose Bowl victory there in 1997.

In an effort to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to our valued President’s Club and Buckeye Club members, we will use this site to post important bowl game information as it becomes available. Information about the ticket application process and other relevant details will be posted as soon as it is released by the Athletics Ticket Office.

Ticket Application Process

For President's Club and Buckeye Club 2009 Season Ticket Holders

Ticket application information was e-mailed to all 2009 President's Club and Buckeye Club season ticket holders on Sunday, November 22, 2009. The application process will begin for all season ticket holders through Ohio State Account Manager at ohiostatebuckeyes.com on Tuesday, November 24, 2009. All bowl ticket applications MUST be placed online. The deadline for ordering will be Monday, December 7, 2009, at 5 p.m. All successful bowl applicants will have Rose Bowl tickets sent to them via overnight delivery on December 17 and 18.

If you did not receive e-mail notification of the application information or have technical issues regarding online ordering, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office directly via e-mail at athletic.tix@osu.edu or by phone at (614) 292-2624 or (800) GO-BUCKS.

Please note that if you did not purchase 2009 season tickets, you WILL NOT receive an application for bowl game tickets. President's Club donors who have questions about their eligibility to apply for bowl game tickets should contact the President's Club office at (614) 292-9550 or via e-mail at presidentsclub@osu.edu.

Ticket Availability (top of page)

Should the demand for tickets exceed our limited supply, all game tickets—whether acquired by application or via Ohio State tour packages—will be granted either by lottery or through the Buckeye Club/President's Club Priority Points formula. The ticket supply will depend upon whether Ohio State plays a Pac 10 or non-Pac 10 opponent. Ohio State will receive 25,235 tickets if it is a Pac 10 team and 33,000 if it is a non-Pac 10 team.

Please note that there are no guaranteed bowl game tickets available through the university. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to consider alternate ticket and travel opportunities.

Traditionally, a variety of independent travel agents and tour providers offer bowl game packages. While the President's Club and Buckeye Club cannot endorse any particular provider, we encourage fans to thoroughly research all tour agents, packages, and opportunities prior to making a reservation or purchase. (Please report any suspicious ticket or tour activities to the Better Business Bureau, to help protect your fellow Buckeye fans.)

Game Day Basics (top of page)

The Rose Bowl is scheduled for Friday, January 1, 2010, at 2 PM PST following the Rose Parade. Tickets for the game cost $155 each, plus service charges. Discounted game day parking passes will also be available for $25.
