Rose Bowl Bound!

The Buckeyes are returning to Pasadena, Calif., for the first time since their Rose Bowl victory there in 1997.

In an effort to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to our valued President’s Club and Buckeye Club members, we will use this site to post important bowl game information as it becomes available.


Ticket Application Process

For President's Club and Buckeye Club 2009 Season Ticket Holders

The deadline for ordering Rose Bowl tickets has now passed.

Rose Bowl ticket applicants have been notified via e-mail of the status of their request. Tickets were sent via UPS overnight delivery on December 17 and 18. Orders processed on December 17 had a first delivery attempt of Friday, December 18. Orders processed for mailing on December 18 have a first delivery attempt of Monday, December 21. A signature is required for delivery.

If the demand for tickets does not exceed our supply and you have placed an order through multiple campus options, you could be granted more than one of your requests. No cancellations or refunds can be granted.

Traditionally, a variety of independent travel agents and tour providers offer bowl game packages. While the President's Club and Buckeye Club cannot endorse any particular provider, we encourage fans to thoroughly research all tour agents, packages, and opportunities prior to making a reservation or purchase. (Please report any suspicious ticket or tour activities to the Better Business Bureau, to help protect your fellow Buckeye fans.)


President's Tailgate (top of page)

As part of the festivities surrounding the Rose Bowl, the President's Tailgate will take place from 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles. Hosted by Peter Weiler, Senior Vice President for University Development and President of The Ohio State University Foundation, the event costs $75 per adult and is free for children under 12. Special guests Gene Smith and Archie Griffin—as well as President E. Gordon Gee—will be in attendance.

Priority Points System (top of page)

The points formula for President's Club and Buckeye Club members factors as follows:

• 4% of gifts received between 1/1/2008 and 12/31/2008 (current giving)
• 2% of gifts received prior to 1/1/2008 (cumulative giving)
• 1% for irrevocable deferred giving
• 0.5% for revocable deferred giving
